I'm very happy with it as not only is it unobtrusive sat on the table in the middle of any meeting room table, it does a significantly better job than the conference phones at one of my client sites they don't have the additional microphones , as anybody in the room can talk and be heard and not have to keep turning the phone around to point in people's direction.
Sound quality is very good and it's connected to all my devices without any problems. As my build-in hands free kit in my car isn't that great, I have found a way of mounting this on the dashboard and use this in place of the car system. Microphones seem to be working properly catching voice The only thing I would improve is loudness, it is enough, however, I always use it with volume up to the maximum level.
I personally find design to be one of the best on the market among competitors, however, touch buttons could have some vibration feedback so that you know you touched it. Overall, for the use in the meeting room which is what I bought it for it is perfect. I recommend this device.
It's not often I'm drawn to writing a review on a piece of kit but the M2 is everything I hoped it would be. It's light but a powerful performer. I mainly use it for Zoom conferences with up to about 7 members around a desk and numerous others online around the world. The members outside the main room always say they can hear everything really clearly, even the side conversations that often occur. The speaker is also ver clear. The only feature I would like to see in a new version is the ability to record and playback conversations.

This is definitely a purchase that I have no regrets on. I've bought several of these now for the team. Absolutely essential for endless web meetings - excellent sound quality for both the speaker and microphone, and complete hands-free operation is much less tiring than using a heaadset or earbud.
Makes web calls seem much more natural. It's plugged into the laptop by USB, with the Bluetooth used for mobile phone calls. Never had need to use it on battery power. Only negatives are that when Bluetooth is switched on, a notification on the phone causes the web meeting audio on the laptop to drop out, and it has a habit of grabbing the phone audio even when you're at the other end of the house.
So I just hit the Bluetooth button only when I need it. And I've never managed to make the Google Assistant button work needs some horrible additional software installing. But that's no loss at all. One person found this helpful.
EDIT : January : I've used the Jabra extensively as a hands-free mic-speaker for 'phone calls and I'm not at all impressed by the audio quality. The audio from the speaker is 'bobbly' and the bluetooth connection to my 'phone less than 1M away regularly disconnects.
It reinforces my opinion that the Jabra is simply not worth the money. The presenter was within a 3M radius of the Jabra unit and was speaking at a volume that you would expect for an audience of around 30 people. The recorded audio is not good at all - the sound levels ramp-up at the start of each sentence and ramp-down at the end. It's not as bad as 'clipping' where the audio is cut abruptly but clearly the Jabra is trying to switch between mic and speaker and is not getting it right.
Next time I'll have no option but to use a wireless mic for the presenter. Overall this device is a big disappointment. I don't mind spending above average if the product is outstanding, but the Jabra isn't outstanding opinion.
There is no EQ adjustment for the device. This makes it more difficult to use if the unit is lying flat rather than propped-up on its stand for group conference calls as you have have to reach over the device and slightly downwards as the bezel is cut-back beneath the face of the speaker.
The battery indicator does not indicate the remaining charge. The Jabra software continuously states that there is a software update available, however, this never disappears irrespective of how many times I install the software available always the same software version number. There is no indication whether this is an OS X software update or a speakerphone firmware update.

Enabling Zoom to use a different audio output device could let someone else listen to your music while you are on the line, allowing someone else to still be playing a game while on the phone. Check the volume of your speaker as well as the microphone to ensure the volume matches. Make sure your audio devices are not muted when you use them. Bluetooth can be disabled.
You may want to reset your Bluetooth connection if your computer is connecting to an external audio device.
